To coincide with the release of a new internal tool, CBRE were looking to create a short explainer animation on team structures, and how each job role interacts. The animation was to highlight the importance of working together, and showcase the Month in the Life document and tools.

Incorporating the key role personas, the animation talks through the responsibilities of each role in a way that is easily accessible, implementing the 3 Ps of Profitability, Process, and People.
